About the event

September 16, 2026, 9:00am to 12:00pm, the Canadian American Law Enforcement Organization (CALEO), along with Niagara University Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice, and MAGLOCLEN will be hosting the 2026 CALEO summer training at Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY. This year’s summer training event will be a case study into the Investigation of Serial Killer Richard Fox by Buffalo Police Department and Niagara Falls Police Department. Please join Buffalo Police Detective Mark Constantino and Niagara Falls Police Detective John Marcyan to hear how they, along with other members of Law Enforcement worked to solve one of Western New York’s most notorious cases in recent history.


Training is free to CALEO members. To become a member go to Home | CALEO and register. Cost is a very reasonable $30 per year.
